Peter J. Cohen brings over 25 years of real estate expertise. His background includes renovating, developing, building and selling tens of millions of dollars of Long Island real estate.

After recognizing assessment inequities while developing properties, he established Property Assessment Correction Group (PACG) and subsequently ZapMyTax to help homeowners address unfair valuations. Cohen personally succeeded in reducing his own property taxes and those of associates before launching his consulting venture.
