Ed joined ZapMyTax in 2013 as an Evaluation Specialist. He brings more than 20 years of professionalism with his extensive knowledge of the Long Island housing market as a New York State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

His background includes real estate investment and property management experience. Ed possesses a strong understanding of property values in Long Island neighborhoods and collaborates with the ZapMyTax team to build compelling cases for property tax reductions in Nassau and Suffolk County courts.

He has more than 25 years of appraisal expertise, making him an invaluable asset in determining fair property valuations for our clients.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys golf and spending time with family at his children's activities and at the beach.
